What you need to Bring With you When Applying

Here are things you should bring to Starr Mortgage

If you have already signed a contract to purchase a home, please bring the original signed contract

Items needed

Your residence address (or addresses) and dates for the last two years. If renting, your landlord's name and address. If there is a current mortgage, the mortgage holder's name, address and loan number.
Employment information for the last two years     Dates
    Addresses
    Salary
    Current pay stubs covering a 30-day period
    Last two-year's W-2 forms.
If applicable, divorce decree and property settlement agreement signed by judge.
